Welcome to the Community Managers Toolkit for Open Science Communities

The International Network of Open Science and Scholarship Communities (INOSC) is an international network of bottom up, local Open Science & Open Scholarship communities (OSC) started by academics. OSCs are hubs where academics learn from their peers how to make their workflows more open. More and more academics are joining OSCs, ready to put Open Science to practice!

This toolkit provides you the rationale, design, and guidelines to start your own local OSC and onboard your community to INOSC.

By the same token, this Toolkit serves as a hub for resources shared by OSCs in the network concerning various aspects of community managament.

The Toolkit is organised along the 4 stages of an Open Science Community

Together, we unlock science!
