Stage 4: Connect and Flourish

Congratulations on finishing the first three stages of setting-up your OSC! You're all set now to make your OSC flourish. Managing an OSC can be challeging, but do know: you are not alone in this journey. Your OSC is part of an international network of 50+ local communities. Many have gone through similar challenges your OSC is facing, and we're here to help each other our.

By being part of INOSC, you are invited to regular meetings with fellow OSCs, to share experiences and explore new opportunities. Notes of previous meetings can be found [here].

We strongly encourage collaboration across OSCs. For example, members are encouraged to participate in 'INOSC Circles', which are projects or initiatives open to members of multiple OSCs. You can find an overview of the current INOSC Circles at the INOSC Website, where you also can find information on how to set-up a new INOSC Circle.

And last but not least, don't forget to check out the INOSC Collection of Resources (link). This collection is a growing database of worked examples and best practices shared among OSCs. We strongly encourage you to make use of these examples and to provide your own examples and use cases to be added to the collection. At the bottom-section of the INOSC Collection of Resources, you'll find information how to upload your materials to the collection.
